Daily tickets combining Carris, Metro, Transtejo and CP increase FIVE cents

Carris / Metro / Transtejo and Carris / Metro / CP daily tickets will increase by five cents from January 1, 2020. All other titles valid on these transports will keep prices.

The daily Carris / Metro / Transtejo and Carris / Metro / CP tickets will increase five cents from January 1, 2020, the Lisbon Metro said Friday.

According to information available on the website of the Lisbon Metro, the daily ticket Carris / Metro / Transtejo (valid for 24 hours after the first validation, for an unlimited number of trips across the Carris network and Metro and Cacilhas link Cais do Sodré da Transtejo) will cost 9.55 euros.

The Carris / Metro / CP ticket (valid for 24 hours after the first validation) for an unlimited number of trips across the Carris and Metro network, as well as on CP’s urban service – Linhas de Sintra, Azambuja, Cascais and Sado ) will cost 10.60 euros. The Carris / Metro ticket (valid for the entire Carris and Metro network over an unlimited number of trips for 60 minutes from first to last entry validation) is priced at 1.50 cents.

The Carris / Metro daily ticket fare (valid for 24 hours after the first validation for an unlimited number of trips across the Carris and Metro network) will also not change, keeping the price of 6.40 euros. The subway ride with the “Zapping”, prepaid transportation ticket that can be used by several operators, and with the Caixa Viva bank card will have a one cent increase, costing 1.34 euros.

The Carris / Metro / Parking pass will cost 54.60 euros, while the Metro / Park Alvalade XXI pass will cost 46.15 euros. These two titles are valid for 30 days.

All other valid subway and city and subway passes will keep current prices.
