Children aged nine or ten years found sleeping in dustbin in the UK, 109 cases recorded.

London.

Two children were found sleeping in a trash can seconds before Dave Pyne emptied the trash into the truck.

The 65-year-old man, who has worked as a heavy-duty driver for a waste management company for the past 16 years in northern Wales, England, said he was emptying the waste bin when he found the children sleeping inside.

“The most worrying incident happened in Wrexham two years ago. I was emptying a cardboard and something didn’t feel right,” Dave Pyne said in a statement to North Wales Live .

The man spoke to the newspaper after the company he works for has produced a report that revealed a wave of people sleeping on the streets.

“My sixth sense said to see, so I opened the lid and, when I started to move things, I couldn’t believe what I saw. Inside there were two young men sleeping, a boy and a girl. They must have been only nine or ten years, “continued the worker.

Dave Pyne said the children were so scared that they ran away.

In eight months, company employees recorded 109 “near misses” or encounters with people who were sleeping in or near dustbins.
