Entries and exits from the Lisbon Metropolitan Area are once again prohibited this weekend.
The measure is in effect from 15:00 on Friday and will only be lifted at 06:00 on Monday.
This prohibition does not apply to anyone who submits a covid-19 negative test or a digital certificate that proves complete vaccination or recovery from the disease. You can also circulate who has a valid justification.
This is the third consecutive weekend this restriction has been in effect.
In addition to this prohibition, the duty to collect daily between 23:00 and 05:00 in 45 municipalities in mainland Portugal also applies .
All 18 municipalities of the AML are covered by the new measure of duty to collect, as they are at high or very high risk levels of incidence of covid-19. This limitation of circulation on public roads is also applied to other 27 municipalities of Continental Portugal.
In addition to these 18 municipalities, mainland Portugal has six more municipalities at very high risk (in total there are 19), which are Albufeira, Constância, Loulé, Mira, Olhão and Sobral de Monte Agraço, and another 21 at high risk (in total there are 26 ), namely Alenquer, Arruda dos Vinhos, Avis, Braga, Castelo de Vide, Faro, Grândola, Lagoa, Lagos, Odemira, Paredes de Coura, Portimão, Porto, Rio Maior, Santarém, São Brás de Alportel, Sardoal, Silves, Sines , Sousel and Torres Vedras.
